Acts 28:25-27

In Isaiah, it is God who is speaking. In Acts, Paul quotes this passage from Isaiah, but says it was the Holy Spirit who spoke it. Therefore, according to verse 27, it is the Holy Spirit who says He would heal Israel, whereas it is God in Isaiah.
